Works with central bank and finance ministry officials on data frameworks. Coordinates G20-level efforts across 24 economies on digital money. Product owner of International Financial Statistics and manager of the Financial Sector Stability Fund.

Worked on sovereign debt and private sector investment climate. Contributed to International Debt Statistics and the Doing Business Report, providing evidence on regulatory frameworks and investment climate across economies.

Government of India

External consultant to the Competition Commission of India. Developed curriculum and materials for a self-paced competition course used in capacity building for the country's new antitrust regulator.

June 2011 – September 2014

Built the competition economics practice as India's antitrust regime took shape. Advised on transactions exceeding $1 billion before the Competition Commission of India, and contributed to India's first Google investigation — a landmark digital markets case.
